Sheraton Raleigh Hotel

Good location, and that's about it. Located in the heart of downtown.

Room was poorly maintained, TV did not work, A/C was broken and would not turn off (room literally got below 60 degrees when set at 70) no water pressure, half of the lights did not work and the beds were hard as a rock. When notifying the front desk was literally told "oh I see you you booked with booking.com I will notify the maintenance staff". I didn't know how I booked made a difference, I'm still a guest right? The so called restaurant was disgusting and over priced. I paid $26 for chicken parmesan with standing water in it. The "chicken" as and soggy, mushy mess.

Great location in the center of downtown. If you can get a decent deal it's worth staying here. Had no issues whatsoever at this location. That being said it was only a 1 night stay and I got a REALLY good flash deal. I wouldn't enjoy paying full price here.

No complaints. The facility was clean and there are lots of amenities. You are in the heart of downtown Raleigh and walking distance to just about anything you want to or need to do.

Bar was good, I liked my server. Rooms were clean enough

Breakfast was one of the poorest continental breakfasts I have ever seen and worse it was $18 pp +tip. Very small selection, food was not fresh. Staff cusses and talks loudly about personal issues. The carpet in the hallways is bunched up and dirty. Have to pay to park, other better options in the same price range that include parking

The cleanest of the rooms.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok but too expensive

Room prices were much too high for type of hotel. Lobby was not very inviting but had plenty of seating

My room was dirty, there was hair from the previous occupant all over the bathroom. It smelled like fresh paint and stale cigarettes. And the walls are paper thin, I could hear everything upstairs and on either side of me.
