- Staff members were all very courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Room was spacious and I really appreciated the abundance of electrical outlets and added in room seating (sofa).
- The location was right in the heart of downtown Raleigh with nearly everything in walking distance.
Cons -
- None
- Parking could be better explained online and at check in. The garage the hotel suggests is apparently city owned and managed and instructions/information was very confusing and incomplete. Staff didn?t provide as much insight as I?d expect.
- There is no parking and you have to pay to use the parking garage across the street. It was about $22 a day.
