Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Sun, Sep 28, 2025 until Thu, May 21, 2026 A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest must be at least 21 years of age or older to be able to check in to this hotel. J Resort is currently undergoing a property transformation. Our refurbishment will be complete the Summer of 2023 and will bring you the best Reno has to offer. During this timeframe, you may hear construction noise, however, we are dedicated to keeping all disturbances to a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience this refurbishment may cause.

- The price was ideal and so what’s its location.
Cons -
- Housekeeping could have been better. I had to call the front desk a couple times first TP and soap.
- They went from a big casino to a small one.
