Free parking
Only one person for check in. The other person on the phone or computer. Not helpful to customers waiting in line.

Ease of accessibility to parking, rooms, and restaurants. Also, The smoke never once bothered me. The air system is top notch ¿¿. Rooms were quiet, comfortable, elevators were fast!
On the days I did an early check in my room was very very scented with fabreze? But after a few hours of running the fan and ac it faded. I only mention it as some people are highly sensitive so they should be aware.

More parking spaces, location and especially the vallet service.
I did not get the room I was promised to get, front desk staff the night we checked in was not very professional. No electrical outlets by the beds. No refrigerator and microwave.

Easy check in but had to wait for 3 staff to finish on computer with no one else around. Room was nice with comfortable bed, strong shower, and plush towels. Never stayed in a casino hotel before and really enjoyed it.
No fan in bathroom, but small window opened to outside. Only ONE electrical plug in the room made it hard to use computer, charge phone, etc. for more than one person. No free food of any kind and always had to go to a restaurant in the casino for food.

Comfortable mattresses. Quiet. Also liked the window that opened above the bathtub, which was shaped just right for my back -- just the right angle. Free parking also a nice touch.
No shuttle to the strip, which was about a mile away.

This hotel is very clean and very quiet. Parking is always available and free which is a plus. Although, we only stayed for one night our stay was very comfortable. We will come back and stay longer. We definitely recommend this place.

The room was very clean and everything was easy to find. The restaurants inside were also clean and delicious! The hotel was also quiet once you got out of the casino.
