- Hotel management handled our issue poorly to resolve our issue. Worse customer service experience we’ve ever had stating at Ceasar’s properties.
- Hotel is looking dated, dealers appeared tired and overall hotel has gone down since our last visit. Prices have jumped up and doesn’t fit the lower quality. Bright note….Roxy’s restaurant was amazing and Eric was a 10!!!

This hotel is so run down. Rooms smelled awful, it was not much better than a Motel 6. Old and outdated.
