- The front desk employees!!! The were awful!! These mixed up my reservation and want to make a pay double!!! The manager is so incompetent!!!!
- Resort fee was nearly as much as the hotel
- Yes the hidden fees and extra long withheld deposit really sours the overall experience and I always say I'll never stay again only because of the hidden fees that are very expensive and it takes seconds to take my deposit put a solid week to return it🫠
