- Ichiban restaurant was awesome, and staff was nice and helpful

- A lot of miscommunication between staff. The manager would say one thing then right behind him some one else another really disappointed
- Toilet seat was loose and falling off. Not cleaned as well as it could have been. Smoking was out of control. They were even smoking weed on the floor. Very disgusting. Killed my lungs and throat.
- upgraded premium room we decided to upgrade they offered was subpar kind of dirty and still smell like smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor. Roxy's food was a joke my $16 Caesar salad was a few pieces of lettuce crusty bread and anchovies

Toilet seat was loose and falling off. Not cleaned as well as it could have been. Smoking was out of control. They were even smoking weed on the floor. Very disgusting. Killed my lungs and throat.

The front desk clerk didn’t ask if l wanted a nonsmoking room. He didn’t select for the room to be serviced daily. Lastly my shower never had hot water until Thursday.
