No microwave in room! No coffee or any other free amenities. Front desk staff were unfriendly and rude. Hit us with a 75 dollar amenity fee at check in even though we paid in advance. Told us it would be refunded at check out but they did not.

Hotel is beautiful nothing I expected. Ground are beautiful and very clean. Employees very nice.

Loved everything about the hotel.

For the price I paid, there should not have been mold on the ceiling, wall papers separating or construction in the bathroom.

Good location, restaurants nearby. Indoor pool was very good.

Lighting in room was poor. Meals in hotel were expensive. No microwave. We had to request one.

It was so convenient since I was a vendor in the same hotel. To get ready and just come downstairs and enjoy a wonderful breakfast before going to work was a luxury!

Very nice property. Like the location most, but also liked the clean room and the daily cleaning/laundry service. Definitely makes for a very nice stay.

All was very good. No complaints, nothing we didn't like. This is by far the best Doubletree we've stayed in.

Front desk was rude, impolite, inattentive,in conversation with another hotel employee complaining about another guest. Given 2 keys and one did not work. I expect because front desk employee was not paying attention. Television broke early in our stay.

Booked a room with a whirlpool tub, received a room without Hotel pictures show a hot tub. There is no hot tub. Its been removed, false advertising

Soft pillows and soft comforter for sleeping. nice meeting space. good food.

No microwave in my room. I dont like shared containers for shampoo or shower gel. coffee maker looked not cheap.

Clean for the most part...

Only stayed here for the indoor pool/hot tub/waterpark. Hot tub/big slide at waterpark no longer there.No staff in pool, imagine all the unsupervised kids running, jumping, diving, horseplaying while you try to enjoy the pool/park w a 3yr old...

The whole hotel was very nice and felt very upscale especially for the area. The pool was actually heated and confortable. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I was a little bummed the restaurant in the hotel wasn't opened when we arrived (a sunday afternoon) because I had planned on eating there when we checked in.

Lovely hotel in beautiful amish country. Stayed for a wedding anniversary and it was just perfect.

We booked this hotel because of the toddler water zone. There was a middle soccer team that inundated it and scared the small children. Another family spoke to the hotel staff but they did nothing.
