Nice room and excellent staff. Our dinner at the Bistro Napa was outstanding. Loved the food and ambiance. The bellhop was very helpful and kind.

I requested an upgrade at the front desk which they granted but only after I paid an additional 650 dollars so I canceled it upon checking in finally ideas put into a room that was identical as the supposed upgrade room

Clean, modern, good room temperature, all room appliances in working condition, comfortable bed, attentive and friendly staff, distance from room to parking lot and dining areas are great.

Smell of smoke, maybe need updated filtration system?

The indoor pool, because the outdoor one was closed.

They automatically cleaned our room each day, just like it used to be, but hotels have gotten away from that.

We weren't told about the resort fee until checkout.

The food was Amazing at all the in-house restaurants.

I wish they had a microwave in the room. I understand No outside food, what I don't understand is not being able to reheat leftovers safely from their restaurants so we're forced to throwaway perfectly good food.

Buffet was amazing! The hotel and rooms were very clean and service staff was great.

An alarm went off at 11pm at night when we were sleeping. It was on for almost an hour! Our daughter was shaken up. Our night?s sleep was terrible!!! FRONT desk staff were completely indifferent about our troubles. Horrible!

There?s nothing not to like about Atlantis! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. They have a nice workout room and indoor pool. Everyone on the property is friendly and helpful.

I do wish Atlantis was dog friendly. I would be glad to pay an extra fee in order to bring my dog.

Professional staff, good restaurants, nicely decorated room.

We rented a Premier King, not a tower room. The big problem was the noise from our heater/AC but it was turned off. They have a central system, not wall mounted. I believe the noise is from their air duct system that runs throughout the building.

NOT HAVING LUGGAGE CARTS FOR GUESTS TO USE. The price to stay is already at a premium guests should have an option to use luggage carts and not be forced to tip employees if they chose not to for this service!!

We actually really liked everything up until the last day when the front desk lady was not friendly and actually didn?t make us feel like guest.

The bed made us very itchy. We had a few bites as well.

The upgraded rooms could have upgraded by adding some insulation between rooms. One side had a toddler who screamed starting at 6 am & the opposite side came in super late the night before & both loud. Too loud to make calls for work.

there was an issue with the "Guide" function of the tv and wasn't explained on check-in

You had many dining options. If I have this correctly we dined in your bistro. Great food and the staff went out of their way for us. Thank you.
