- I requested an upgrade at the front desk which they granted but only after I paid an additional 650 dollars so I canceled it upon checking in finally ideas put into a room that was identical as the supposed upgrade room
- Smell of smoke, maybe need updated filtration system?

They automatically cleaned our room each day, just like it used to be, but hotels have gotten away from that.
We weren't told about the resort fee until checkout.
