Our pet kitties were allowed to stay and at no charge. Kitties bowls and toys were provided. The restaurant was inside the hotel and valet parking was provided. The hotel was easy driving distance to Virginia Mason Hospital. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Staff are always polite and very helpful.
Nothing.

Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms recently renovated and very nicely done. Lobby was under construction but looks like it will be beautiful once completed.
The valet area is unmarked and unsafe. You have to exit your car between a bike and scooter lane and a busy turn lane. No one was there to direct us. Out tv didn’t work and after waiting 45 min for someone to come fix it we were told the problem was a glitch in the building which turns out was not the case. We told the staff at checkout to send engineers begire re-renting the room.

Location was great
It was not disclosed that the lobby was completely under renovations. That kind of ruined the charm of everything and we were not given the opportunity to get a discount due to that because we booked through booking.com

Upgraded room, quiet and clean room, responsive staff, complementary tickets to the art museum and provided a loaner cord charger for phone. Great location.

Great location. Very comfortable. Outstanding coffee that was available early every morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant and bar.
Valet parking was ok but a little slow. They could benefit by using an app.

Older hotel going through renovation with new owners. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Two blocks from the Link light rail and restaurants.
As an early riser, I would have preferred to have the restaurant open at 6:30, not 7.

Beautiful room and lobby. Close to all downtown sites and amenities.
It was very expensive. Valet parking was $75 a day.

Good location very walkable to Pike Place. Free wine and pizza hour from 5-6. Large suite for 4 people.
The sofa bed. Talk about ‘sleepless in Seattle’. Also the front desk staff claimed I didn’t have any of the included amenities such as tour tickets to observation tower and the art museum. Turns out they were included and by the time I realized, the places were closed on Mondays. I only received the $25 ‘resort fee’ back.
