- Location. Pet-friendly
- The location is great. Many of the staff are quite friendly. This is our second stay here but I think we will opt out next time and stay at the W across the street because of the noise and the lack of hot water one night.
- Location & decor is awesome
Cons -
- 1) There was no water for our first night, & we weren't informed of this until we checked in. 2) A staff member brought a large dog to our room after we requested some water, and when we opened the door his dog tried to enter our room. Not cool.
- Furniture showing its age in the room and in the lobby. Chairs and bedframe had worn edges, and the bed and pillows were hard and lumpy.
