- I coughed every minute since I enter the room, the air inside the room with mold
- The Elevators were not working & had to use 1 slow service elevator which had to be accessed by walking w our luggage thru a busy resturant & near the kitchen ! Unacceptable! A discount for the inconvenience should be given ! No notice b4 booking !
- I was not made aware of the Amenities fee at check in. Was not provided with information on how to take advantage of the amenities paid for. Basically the amenities fee is just a hidden charge and rip off. Will not stay there in the future

The location was great. Easy walk to the theater.
