Location is perfect for walking downtown

Great location and comfortable stay!

Excellent downtown location - easy walking to everywhere. The in-house restaurant Panzano was superb - no need to venture out into the cold if you want a great meal in a great restaurant.

Rooms are a little small but ok. There really isn't much lighting though so rooms seem really dark even with every light on.

Location was great. Staff was always helpful when needed.

The lobby smelled awful. The suite was not to expectation especially for the price. The executive shower was just a shower and the door didn’t shut. Had hoped the bedroom had a door since it was a suite but it did not.

Really like the decor and the historical building. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The lobby had a sour smell upon arrival and never subsided. The room was hot and need maintenance to try and cool the room off.

Everything but the bathroom water pressure, which prevented a good shower. Nice room, wonderful breakfast, very nice staff.

Water pressure was terrible. Made a good shower impossible.

Location is good

Pretty dated furniture and should be renovated , linens in the room are hold and bathroom need refresh

The location was fantastic. The front desk employees were happy and helpful!

The valet employees seemed completely uninterested in helping.

Great location, beautiful building, comfortable room.

Bartenders seemed like they had better things to do.

Nice reception area and hallways make the hotel look higher end. Staff are friendly.

Room was tiny. Shower had cracked tiles. Mini fridge in the room was noisy. Maintaining a decent temperature in the room was difficult. Bed was very uncomfortable.
