Great location, clean room and very friendly staff

I have no negative comments; everything was fine and what I expected.

Free parking.

Quite run down, it was ok for a short stay but wouldn’t stay long term. Felt dirty and is in need of repair.

Staff was respectful and courteous.

Absolute rubbish. There were no towels no floor mat. The phone in room wasnt working. The light for washroom was not working. Infact very bad experience I wish if I can get refund or some compensation.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The front desk clerk during the day was extremely nice and helpful

The two front desk workers that were there during the evening and night shift were extremely rude. I was told by one that she was off the clock and leaving and that the other girl needed to help me. The same staff member then proceeded to help a line of other guests that were her same race. Shocker, i was not her same race. When the other worker came to me, in a rude tone said " what do you need" like she was put out that she had to help me. The ENTIRE hotel smelled like weed, not in the early afternoon when we checked in, but in the evening and night.

The location is good. Plenty of restaurants near by.

My flight was changed and I called to inform the property that it would be a late check-in. I had requested an ADA room and he confirmed my reservation. When I got to the hotel I was told that they didn’t have an ADA room available. My sister and I were so tired that we agreed to just take the available room now but they would change our room the next day. 1 elevator was down for my entire stay (3 nights, 4 days). The room was missing drawers and an ironing board. The next day I went downstairs to see about changing rooms to an ADA one and was told that they do not have ADA rooms with double queen beds. They only have single king bed ADA. Needless to say it was a bit frustrating.

The staff were polite

I felt very unsafe the whole time. The halls smelt of smoke. Could hear loads of noise and it’s around 15mins into the main area of Austin.

The staff were friendly and provided us extra towels. The room was spacious and had a nice fridge/sink area and a pull out couch. The rooms were clean. Check in and check out were very quick and easy.

Advertising free breakfast but there was none. Also no WiFi and outdated TVs. Loud patrons yelling in the middle of the night woke us up. The room had a weird smell. The light in the elevator was also off at one point so we took the stairs.

Very good for the price and the location was excellent.

The elevator wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor so we definitely got our exercise walking up and down the stairs. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work. I attempted to call down to the front desk twice and no one answered the phone. There were no plastic containers for the ice tray in the room and no plastic cups were available in the room as well.

This was once a nice hotel, but due to age and lack of attention it has become terrible. yes I understand that the prices reflect its market position, but it is not enough to invest a little in renovation and the hotel will become excellent

The first floor and the elevator are the first impression. It immediately disappoints

Room was updated. Staff helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. Breakfast was good.

Carpet was stained. Room smelled like smoke when I walked in.
