- Nicely decorated, clean & comfortable
- All staff, from reception, security & domestic, everyone treated my wife & I with the utmost respect & care. They were the epitome of professional.
- Proper hotel - great location - lots of high end shops and eating nearby
Cons -
- The air conditioner in our room (7th floor) was very noisy, I could never connect to the hotel WiFi. Fortunately, we were able to sleep through the night despite the noise, & my phone signal worked well enough that the hotel’s WiFi was unnecessary.
- take money from many services. I stayed with 4 people but when having breakfast you charged 4 people ( 166.14 dollars)while you stated on your websites : Please note, 'breakfast include' rates provide breakfast for 2 guests only irrespective of occupancy of the room. Breakfast for all additional guests will require additional charges.you guys charged me an extra 26.70 dollars and 84.79 dollars. i dont know what else i have to pay really not worth it.
