Great location and great people.

Shower is low pressure and the bed is too soft.

Good comfortable hotel with large rooms and nice, new bathrooms. It’s possible to walk through the lobby and the adjacent building directly into the subway station!

They are demolishing the building across the street and you could hear it during the day. I found that even in the newly refurbished rooms the windows/insulation was different (and they did not have records on what rooms had what windows). My uncle stayed in a room with a new well-insulated window and from his room you could hardly hear the demolition across the street, I stayed two doors down and had a 1980s style window that let in considerably more noise. It seemed odd because we had the same exact room otherwise. There were also some renovations on the ground floor but you could only hear them from the elevator area.

The staff was warm, kind, and very efficient. Our room was well-appointed, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

My friend and I thought it was quite pricey, but we split the cost.

I stayed with 4 people but when having breakfast you charged 4 people ( 166.14 dollars)while you stated on your websites : Please note, 'breakfast include' rates provide breakfast for 2 guests only irrespective of occupancy of the room. Breakfast for all additional guests will require additional charges.you guys charged me an extra 26.70 dollars and 84.79 dollars. i dont know what else i have to pay really not worth it.

I has a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt DC, the location of the hotel is safe and very close to the city center, surrounded by a variety of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall I would recommend it for a short stay if you are visiting DC for any reason.

The breakfast options were kind of limited and lacking diversity.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Everything you need is here, including a small convenience, store, restaurant, access to transportation, etc. I really had no complaints about my visit and would gladly stay here again.

My only suggestion would be to have someone welcoming you in as you enter the main doors, but other than that no complaints

Location is excellent, close to major attractions, shopping and dining.
