It is a wonderful place. Lazy river, pool and a water slide. Nice size rooms and beautiful grounds

I liked how friendly the staff was and how quickly they got us things we needed. The room was very clean as well.
I didn't like that the restaurants were so expensive and for the price I paid for the weekend, I felt like free breakfast should have been included. I've stayed at other nice hotels that served free breakfast buffet and I didn't pay nearly as much as I paid for my Hyatt stay. I took my family with me and it was just too expensive to eat there at the Hyatt so we left to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner on both days of our stay and the bathroom in our room was way too small.

The property, rooms, facilities are very clean. The resort is beautiful with lots of space for families and kids to roam around or enjoy various activities. If you need anything off property you can find everything you need within a few minutes.
There’s nothing to not like. It’s fantastic and great for young families. My teenagers had a great time and enjoyed the beach volleyball, pool table, etc. I would like them to have more offerings in a game room for older kids who stay up later.

Lots of family activities available on site. We participated in the smores, movie, lazy river water activities, kids parachute fun. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

Loved the stay. Rooms are very clean and there are ton of activities daily for kids. There is beach volley ball Table tennis and a movie every night. Breakfast Buffet is just phenomenal. Totally worth the money for. Kids had a blast. My 10 and 12 yrs old loved the pools and floating River. There is just one water slide though. Kids would love more slides for sure. But daily kids activities are just a bonus. Played catch the water Ballon with my son. It is such a fun place. Golfing Biking and walking trails are also available. Simply put amazing place to visit with family and even Newly weds

Amazing Hotel! I love all the American decor. Very clean. The Lazy River is a very nature feel. Lots of shade. Free bikes for an hour. Fun kid activities, kickball, etc. It has a little beach area for the kids. Fun waterslide and wave runner. Paraben free shampoos and lotions.
A couple Secadas in lazy river.

Parts of the hotel were under construction. Prices at general store were extortionate. Charging extra for arcade machines felt money grabbing.
