Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fairfield Napa Valley Area

We were in a time crunch as we were travelling from Seattle to Southern Cal. We didn't anticipate stopping here but had no choice due to severe weather conditions. Despite the last minute/resort option, the hotel was excellent in terms of loc, staff & etc

Coffee machine was bit dusty but everything else was okay.

Room was big and in quiet area. Breakfast was awesome. Stuffs are helpful

Laundry. Found long hairs on all towels.

NOTHING. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

First, they promised me a conjoined/adjoining room but when I got there, they didn¿t have it. Second, I checked in at 4:30pm yet the rooms weren¿t ready yet. Third, they rushed a room to be ready so when we went up it smelled disgusting.

This was our first time at this Hotel. The Room was fair.Clean and neat The staff was professional. I had good feeling know we could only get in the Hotel with our Room key and They had cameras on site We felt very Safe. For New Year's Eve.

There was a few people hanging in the Parking lot. And A Person a the Hotel entrance Smoking. I this there should be an area for smoker but not near the entrance of the Hotel. We have children with asthma. Not a good thing.

The bed cleanliness

Staff was ok average less than what you expect but have to give consideration seems like shes new still trying but needs more enthusiastic when greeting guest

Comfy beds, shower was decent and free breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus.

We had a couple fighting next door AND IT WAS LOUD and all night, not fun with small kids.

This hotel is conveniently located with easy day trips to Sacramento area, Big Sur, Carmel, NAPA and Sonoma. The area is lovely. Fairfield is a nice town. The breakfast bar was great.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit sketchy. Needs attention.

Pool was not heated

The staff were awesome. This includes the front desk right down to the maids who assisted me with my room. Thank you. The rooms have been remodeled with a fridge and a wet bar.

I wish the pool was heated.

Nice and clean

Yes I was promised a spa tub and did not get it was a regular tub. I would not have paid the expensive price and not received what I paid for.

The location on the website says its in Napa Valley Area when really Napa its 40 minutes away. It was too far of a drive for us from Napa. The carpet in the room smelled and didn't look clean... I had to open the window to air out the smell.

There was hairs in the bedsheets and the air was on so it made the room colder than I wanted it even when I turned the heat up didn't work cool air was blowing

Great location to get to Napa valley, just 15 minutes away. Walk to some restaurants, everything is close by. Above average hot breakfast buffet with Starbucks coffee! Really liked the refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker in room!!

We were told that breakfast started at 6:30 but then at 6:30 were told 7:00 AM. Yes it was posted but the desk staff should know the weekend schedule.

After my meeting with staff nothing I liked. She ruined my evening.

The front desk staff. Hotel employee was very rude. She did not ask for my ID. She stated she didn't need to ask for my ID. She made my experience the worst. I stay in various hotels and I never experienced this.

I liked the indoor pool,but it was too cold. The location was pretty good.

The front desk person was rude. I didn't get the tube that was in the room description. The breakfast had no toaster and the waffle maker was broken.

The rooms were luxurious for the price..Breakfast was included, the waffle bar was a nice touch.

Fitness center was under construction during our stsy, but I am sure it will be nice when it's up and running..

The place is very clean!
