Concept was neat with the many freebies: popcorn, soda, parking, breakfast, Internet. Friendly check-in. Rooms were clean and contained essentials. Location was conceptually near areas of interest.
Child left an item in room but we were not contacted by staff and staff did not respond to subsequent Booking message. Also we were warned by an individual not to walk to locations due to area safety; we walked anyways and were harassed with threats of violence and hateful speech after declining to donate to a person asking for money. We do not mind requests for money or the presence of the unhoused, but area has become unsafe with little visible police or other security presence. Drink vouchers were awesome to receive but limited time window for redemption was a hassle so they went unused.

Its value for money. A few places in the hotel were smelly and that could have been better. Also, the overall breakfast experience could be improved. Overall, it was a good stay!

Location to attractions, the pool and hot tub were very nice. Rooms were clean.
