Pros +
- It was Hilton standard. Quiet location. Staff were excellent in every area.
- From the moment we arrived staff made us feel welcomed and carefully explained all the relevant details to us. Breakfast buffet was very nice each morning as was the friendly efficient service from the cleaning staff.
- Impressive entry/check-in, nice outdoor pool and garden area, staff was very accommodating, restaurant was excellent.
Cons -
- The bath/shower combination could become quite slippery and one had to be careful not to slip.
- Rooms were very rundown and dirty. Even after asking to switch rooms, it was more of the same. Looks like things rarely get cleaned. Not even close to Hilton standards. Actually amazing how subpar the rooms were, totally unexpected.
