astral'Inn Leipzig Hotel & Restaurant

Stayed there for one night for business purposes, hotel is simple but clean and quiet. Personal was extremely polite and helpful ?

I liked the cleanness of the room

The hotel is quite far from the center, which is the main disadvantage. There is also improper soundproofing in the room

Very discrete, quiet, close to the supermarket, lovley area, even has their own restaurant!

It was okay for a 2 night stay only.The matrices were comfortable and there was a television. People were very friendly.I did like very little, but I was traveling with a group of friends (guys) who were pretty fine with the place, given the mostly use hostels. :)

This is quite an old place and hence the smell from the furniture, the carpets and etc. was absolutely unpleasant. I think the personnel is really trying to keep it as clean as possible, but all is so old that I do not know where then old ends and the dirt starts. The location was another issue. The hotel is just next to some plant and there was a smell of sulphur especially in the evenings.

Successful stay, nice facility and very nice professional staff and importantly free parking which can place a bus without any problem. Tasty breakfast and on top of that great location.

as a married couple, we paid for a double room and received 2 single beds instead, very difficult check in at 1am although we communicated our late arrival, very loud noise outside the entire visit (edm concert? construction??) so did not sleep. showered and left

I really liked the design of the room and the beautiful messages on the wall, I thought it was a very nice detail to start with.

The front desk person did not know that I had already paid for the night by app which was a bit awkward as she insisted that I should pay. However, this was later resolved.

As a part of the hotel there is a restaurant. They were serving amazing food, very tasty and big potrions. The staff in the restaurant, specially one young waiter was trying his best speaking English which was amazing since the rest of the staff refused to speak English.

The staff at the reception didn't speak English which made it difficult to understand and get the info we needed.

Very clean, comfy bed. The staff was very nice.

The location is quite remote and inside some kind of a homestay of guest/travelling workers. Sometimes, awkward people were spotted around. The hotel has many rooms and feels a bit like a dormitory.

Large comfortable double bed

In the description of double room "Comfort" there was an electric kettle, but it is missing, this is a problem, because I counted on it, it was included in the price of the room. Besides a code for the Internet does not work, this code is invalid . So I can't use wi-fi which is also included in the price of the room. These problems were not compensated for me

We stayed in the hotel on our way so it was perfect as it was close to the motorway. Pets are welcome. They prepared a baby cot for our baby. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Room had an old furniture and pictures of the room and the hotel are made to look better as they are. The location of the hotel is in in industry area and it’s far away from the city if that’s your plan to do.

I have stayed here before and always found the place a great value. Fantastic breakfast and a great bar with outdoor seating for having a drink with other guests or visitors. Location is close to the S-bahn station in case you want to zip into Leipzig central.

This hotel is not air-conditioned, so on hot days request a room on the east side of the hotel.

very clean and basic , breakfast and dinner were faultless . rooms were spotless and had everything required by no means a luxury hotel but great for what it is

it was a little bit more than the 2.7km out of town advertised on web about 20/25min tram ride but tram stop was just at end of the road

Price

Hotel staff entered our room as we slept TWICE in the morning, at 8 and 9 am, when our check out time was 12 noon. They also knocked again at 11 and told us to check out. This was very uncomfortable and there was no chain or any way to prevent them re entering again. Additionally, the bathroom light was broken, so we had to shower in the dark, and the soap dispenser leaking so the sink filled with bubbles whenever used. The distance from the city centre is misleading, there is a ten minute walk through a residential area to get to the tram stop which takes 20 minutes to the city centre.

Cheap hotel with nice beds. Beds are a bit sturdy but that’s good if you drove 8 hours. For one night it’s a great hotel

The location is on the edge of the city in the middle of an industrial area. If you stay for longer that might not be your thing. Also there was a dance party going on in the event room below me and it was hearable in the room.

The friendly nature of the staff who were always ready to help..The hotel is also amazingly clean with a strong WIFI connection.Brsvo!!Their meals are so delicious.

That noise from some of the guests who can't control their children!!It sucks!!
