The Palms Motel

We have stayed here many times and never had an issue.

In this room, our air con kept showing error message, front curtains were broken and light above sink in bathroom broken.

Lovely Motel !! Very spacious room and great shower. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Could have put our family in rooms next to each other not so far apart, rooms have been over sprayed with some carpet cleaning smell or something

Didn’t have breakfast as we had to leave early.

No channel 7 on tv but that is minor issue.

We booked this property because of the good reviews on various sites of its restaurant. Imagine our surprise on check-in to be told that they did not have a chef and as such the restaurant was closed, no dinner no breakfast. If we had not pre-paid we would have gone elsewhere, but we were captive, the one disadvantage of the prepay system

NO restaurant, no dinner, no breakfast, minimum TV stations due to a contractor not having a "part". Cleanliness was lacking, looked like an accumulation of insects in the ceiling light fitting that would have taken years to get to the state it was in. No body wash in the shower, dispenser on the wall, but it did not contain a bottle of the required bodywash. Minimum supervision of parking, the bay in front of our unit was continually occupied by the ever-present mine workers service vehicles.

Location was fine & I didn't have the breakfast. My stay was comfortable and would definitely use The Palms Motel if staying in Chinchilla.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Good location, while on main road it was quiet, nice neat and tidy grounds, good undercover parking

Quiet, clean and comfortable

Room was spotless and well air-conditioned on arival. Facility's were perfect. Great location friendly and helpful staff.

Almost everything

The only thing I would suggest is dishwashing liquid for and glasses. Also the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. It wasn't the case for my husband.

Great sized room, very clean too. Free bottled water was also nice. Loved the tea, coffee n milk.

The outside lights turned on at 4.30am and woke me up. We were also disappointed the restaurant was closed.

Walked into a beautiful room with plentyof space, had a lovely swim and enjoyed pizza while watching a movie for the night.

I thought there was a restaurant onsite but unfortunately was closed

It was nice and quiet and not squishy, which I liked.Great simple rooms and spacious.

Matress left a lot to be desired

Friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. Comfy beds. Great value for money. Good sized rooms and layout. Plenty of rooms available for our large group.

You’ll need a taxi to get into town. But plenty were available when we needed them.

The room came with all you need, very clean and comfortable. The fridge had milk and free bottles of water, which is very much appreciated. The laundry for guests is great to be able to do your washing after travelling for a while. Very friendly staff and helpful

The only thing that I didn't like was the pillows, they were not comfortable for me, too high and hard, but everything else was good. I would stay again
