The place was clean, friendly and quiet at night.
The breakfast variety was good, but the egg omelettes were cold. Maybe a microwave in the area would have been nice?

Jessica and her team are most pleasant group of people that I've recently met. Rooms are perfectly clean.
Can be noisy due to the road proximity.

The staff was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable,and professional. The rooms were clean and my family enjoyed the complementary breakfasts. The staff was amazing with my grand daughter’s and my daughter who was very stressed about moving across the country with two small children.
The problems I have are not with this hotel but rather the brand. Over 6k on this particular trips hotel reservations and not one honor rewards point has made it to my account yet. Nor have any other points made it to my account from previous trips. Luckily two of the reservations were cancellable and i was able to switch the reservation onsite to my son in law and he received the points under his rewards account i just paid the bill.

Location was good. The breakfast was decent and nice variety.
There could have been some fruit options.The only issue was the last day there, there was a drunk woman in the front dining area. We were trying to relax and hang out and she was loud, obnoxious and totally inappropriate. The bad thing was, staff did nothing to stop her and they kept giving her more wine (at 1 pm). At one point she dumped her wine on someone’s computer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. We stayed for a soccer tournament at Starfire. Breakfast was GREAT!
Can’t think of much. Double queen rooms were a little tight for four people plus luggage but we made it work.
