The location was good
The property lacks basic facilities, they didn't provide any dental kit in the room. We reached out to hotel receptionist and we were asked to collect it from reception. They didn't provide any complimentary drinking water as well. The gym is too small. There is no drinking water RO water facility in each floor. It is only available inside gym. The taste of water is very bad. We had a very average stay despite paying a good amount.Although we booked our stay with buffet breakfast, we were told the next morning that buffet is not available. We were asked to order from a limited available breakfast menu. We were not happy with the stay, hospitality and breakfast option

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The Fresh Market breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. Charging $22 for the run-of-the-mill "free" hotel breakfast found elsewhere was very excessive. The buffet staff wasn't too friendly. Food was not tasty. Best thing about the breakfast buffet was the overly strong coffee.

The service at this hotel was stunning. Big thanks to Mohamad and Trina for welcoming us and helping accommodate our requests while checking in, we could not be more satisfied with our first interaction with hotel staff. We also had internet issues, which were taken seriously and dealt with rapidly by the technical support team. The efficiency of everyone's service says much about the caliber of this hotel, and I am very appreciative of all the staff on behalf of all my companions and I. The airport shuttle is also wonderfully convenient, running every 30min from 4:30am onward, although it may run out of space during high demand hours, so be certain to grab an earlier shuttle/plan a contingency.
Location is a bit remote and not too close to many food options, so this is most appropriate as a transitional stay option between other accommodation.

Restaurants great for dinner. Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Staff members friendly and helpful. Items available for purchase downstairs convenient. Well-situated, nice shuttle service to and from the airport.
No options for lunch in the hotel. Heating system would switch to cold without warning.

Great location, very friendly staff
A/C in room very loud, couldn't be adjusted, was blowing cold air directly on us when laying in bed. Toilet tank lever got stuck when flushing so had to take tank lid off and flush by hand. Bathroom really needs to be updated.

it is in very good location. not close to crystal city if you want to use the metro but a few minutes from the airport terminal if you just want to spend a night before a flight
there is no real parking outside of the hotel so your only real option is to pay the extra cost for parking
