Pros +
- The staff was extremely helpful in resolving a booking problem and went above and beyond to make our stay there a very, very enjoyable experience! We will be back again and recommend to outhers.
- The location was amazing. Wonderful old town neighborhood. The restaurant was also great and the room was cool with funky wallpaper and nice toiletries.
- Staff were welcoming and very friendly. Hotel is clean and in great location.
Cons -
- Everything was exelent
- I’ve already addressed this with the staff but I was in a too floor room all the way at the end of the hall. The room had only one small, high window and the window shade could only be reached by having to climb onto a precarious roller chair, then a glass-topped table. It was frankly unsafe. But it was either do that or deal with a room so bright you could read at night with no lights on. Also — the mattress was obviously old and worn out. It was completely saggy, but when I tried to move Niki to the middle to find firmer ground, I could feel a seam as though it was two mattresses pushed together. Just uncomfortable. Between that, the window and the jet lag, I barely slept for two nights.
- Was only there one night but there was no heat starting at the night and never came back on during my stay. WiFi is not free and had to have their IT team resolve an issue that was blocking me from connecting.
