- Staff was very nice and the whole place was very clean.
- The staff was very friendly. After I checked in I noticed in the dining area they had a set up for free flavored water and cookies for everyone. And there was a beautiful electric fireplace near the entrance with a TV and sitting area.

- Might have to chalk it up to the weather, but our room was extremely humid. We had the air running but it never felt like it truly cooled off, and everything felt slightly damp. It also had a strange smell, maybe because of the AC.
- Booked a particular room was assigned at totally different room. Sadly, every room around us had ill behaved children, which is no fault of the hotel, but the younger children were running around after midnight.
