Holiday Inn Express Hershey-Harrisburg Area By IHG

Location. Breakfast was good.

Sink in bathroom didn't drain.

It was the complimentary breakfast, which was surprisingly good.

We stayed in a room on the first floor. The room had bed bugs, which is absolutely unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the room was freezing cold, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature, which made it hard to sleep.

Breakfast was outstanding, and location to Hershey and restaurants.

Only thing was the insulation is non existent, hear everything left right and upstairs.

The staff was very friendly. After I checked in I noticed in the dining area they had a set up for free flavored water and cookies for everyone. And there was a beautiful electric fireplace near the entrance with a TV and sitting area.

Might have to chalk it up to the weather, but our room was extremely humid. We had the air running but it never felt like it truly cooled off, and everything felt slightly damp. It also had a strange smell, maybe because of the AC.

Very clean

Booked a particular room was assigned at totally different room. Sadly, every room around us had ill behaved children, which is no fault of the hotel, but the younger children were running around after midnight.

Modern look inside and out. Didn't hear any noise from other guests in adjacent rooms or hallways. Excellent selection of breakfast items. Close proximity to Penn State Hershey Hospital.

Hotel is located a bit close to train tracks, however only a few trains passed by.

Free parking; close to the venue i needed; free breakfast.

Room was small; bathroom small and no shower massage.

The location close to Hersheypark and also several food options nearby.

The room was not to the expectations. There was rust stain on the bathroom sink and the filter of the air conditioner was not installed properly.

Room smelled like a sewer, the second room wasn't cleaned, and the third room we changed to couldnt get the doors to shut hotel just seemed to be not kept up with. This was our second time staying there so it was very dissapointing. Will not stay again.

Room was clean and temperature was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well as breakfast

Was very dissatisfied by getting a handicapped room only thing they said they had available was very poorly kept condition was run down. Everything in the room was not up to Hampton inn standards I've seen in 5 years staying at Hilton properties

Nothing to like about a profit that's worn down and these work and the staff will not move you to another room

Location convenient to Hershey Park

Carpets work and stained, floor molding missing, doors didn¿t fit door jambs well (and therefore loud).

Location was central to attractions and major roads.

They are in the midst of a remodel and its understandable that some things were not completed yet. Our room was good but needed updating and some minor repairs.

This location met all of our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly they definitely exceeded a 10. The hotel was clean. Breakfast area looked fantastic! Warm inviting lobby and fresh cookies during the day.

The only short coming of our room was the bathroom counter space. The bathroom itself was very small and thus not a lot of counter space. The hot tub was out of order during our stay and looked pretty terrible however the pool was very clean.

All staff very nice, helpful. Nice hot breakfast, convenient location but not directly on big road so quiet. Close to Hershey attractions. Comfortable bed, linens. Thermostat worked great. Nicer hotel than its rating. Would stay again, possibly.

It allows pets so we heard dogs barking in the room next to mine and hotel guests with dogs bring them to the breakfast room during breakfast. OK this time, but if I stayed there again and a dog was barking in the next room, that would be unacceptable.

Loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was for my family. Minutes away from Hershey Park. Staff was super nice and the price was perfect.

Walls were really thin and sounded like people we missed our room. Breakfast was not replenished well and wait times were long.
