Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX By IHG

The current rating accurately reflects this property's quality: it is a solid 8 out of 10. The room was large and had everything I needed. There was a tea/coffee machine not mentioned in the room's description. The staff fulfilled my requests. The bed was good, but not extraordinary. There were a few minor things (e.g. a broken chair), but none was a deal-breaker for me. On the positive side, the hotel is right by a light rail station on the line that runs between Downtown Phoenix and Tempe/ASU pretty frequently (every 12 minutes or so). It is also by the PHX Sky Train station with frequent trains to the airport terminals, i.e. this is an excellent location from the perspective of public transportation.

Homeless in the hotel's vicinity. But this is not the hotel's fault, and yes, they are almost everywhere in Phoenix...

Very nice hotel. Clean, has a pool, gym, restaurant (but couldn’t use those as I was staying overnight and had a very early flight to catch) A shame that I couldn’t access the room sooner and use the facilities

The car park - I thought this would have been complimentary. But had to pay $12. It was quite noisy for some reason - a really loud humming - which stopped me getting to sleep for a while. It did stop eventually at around 10pm.

1. Ease of transportation from the airport. Take the free Phoenix Sky Train for a four minute ride to 44th St Station and walk across the street!2. Nice pool.3. Friendly and helpful desk staff.

1. The hotel seems to need a little TLC. For example: the ice machine on our floor was broken. The generic EV charging station was broken with no estimate of when it might be repaired. Carpet was worn in some areas. 2. No nearby restaurants, though the hotel restaurants were good enough.

Being so close to the airport I was concerned about noise. This wasn't an issue though. It's a great location being easy to get to and from the airport.

Great location, not far from the airport. There was a monorail station at the opposite of the hotel to the airport. The place was clean and comfortable. The staffs were polite and helpful.

The location is very good, close to the airport and with shuttle service. The personal at reception were very kind and customer service oriented. I have a package that was delivered after my stay and got excellent support from Dam (front desk) and his colleagues to help me getting the package back home, totally grateful!

Location was excellent for us. All I had to do is walk across the street to get to the airport Skytrain

Price on some of the food was a little high, especially the $10 brownie with a half a scoop of ice cream, but then everything has gotten incredibly high priced.
