- it was in safe area, clean rooms
- The Need to Stay somewhere..location Was GoodOutdoors Was clean

Cons -
- buckets everywhere for leaks (hadn’t rained in days when we stayed) ceiling tiles just laid out on the floor, was hollered at in the lobby by someone working front desk for my room number in front of several other guest which i thought was unsafe. remote didn’t work for tv two plug ins between the bed did not work. booked king room was given two queen beds. numerous other issues. nothing worth bringing up to front as we were there for short stay. made me want to avoid best western from here on

- My sink didnt drain and took two days to fix. Elevator was out of order and I (an asthmatic) was on the 4th floor. There were silverfish and stains in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly
