The location was good. The price was good.
Lack of cleanliness.....hair in the shower, Qtip left on the floor. Didn't feel like room was adequately cleaned.Pool and hot tub were closed and that wasn't mentioned when booking.

Has pool and hot tub
unfortunately pool is so cold and hot tub is closed. The room door cards key wasn’t working and we constantly went to the desk to replaced cards but still not working so we have to bring the staff with their own ID card key and it’s worked.

The location was good.
When I first arrived the elevator was shaking. The facility need to be upgraded. I got to my room and there was only 2 face towel and 2 larger towels. When I turned the heater on it smelled like it was burning. The next day when I asked for more towels the front desk worker said they would contact house keeping. They never came. I had to go back down to the front desk. The worker said they didn’t have any face towels available. When I was leaving for check out I had to take the stairs because the elevator would not come.

Location is good
The elevators are the slowest I have ever experienced. Long wait for the 2 working elevators. The pool was closed for maintenance again.

The price was the best part of this hotel.
The staff are all rude. They won’t let anyone check in to this exclusive hotel until 4PM. In fact, they make you wait in a crowd of people all waiting to strictly check in at 4PM.

Nice room, nice decor, comfortable beds
Had to purchase breakfast, didn’t have a free one. When I booked the hotel, it said breakfast. So I assumed it was free. That’s something I take into consideration when booking because that’s another added expense.
