- Front desk was helpful
- close to the event we were attending
- I love the hot tub and pool… however.. only 2/7 days was the hot tub actually hot. The pool is usually warm but it was cold this time.

- Smell of cigarettes, ventilation did work.
- no breakfast like advertised, only 1 out of 4 elevators working but had no air conditioning in elevator, washed blood stain on blanket, absolutely no lighting in the outside seating area, only two tables in the outside sitting area, 0 ashtray n smoke area
- There are never any towels in the pool area. This is a large hotel and only 1/3 elevators work. The room was smaller than usual. It also wasn’t cleaned well. The coffee maker was broken. We requested a trash can that we never got.

They claim to have a restaurant and lounge, they dont. The price i paid for the room along with the 100 deposit that went up 50 dollars out of nowhere isn't worth the stay. Dingy. Outdated rooms, rude staff. In dire need of an update. I won't be back.
