Location was good

Had no breakfast when we stayed, just yucky coffee, water in plastic container looked like it had been there a while ,renovations going on but didn't find out til we arrived. Not happy about 100 dollar deposit 😒 found that out as well when at check in

I cannot name a single thing

The bed bugs and roaches crawling on the walls, the blood stains on the sheets and pillows, the moldy spots on the sheets, the damp moldy smell in the rooms and hallways. Two of the three elevators, the kitchen, and the pool and hot tub were down.

Location, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are huge, plenty of parking, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Seems like they are working hard to upgrade the property, as it just needs a little TLC. Great value.

Wish they would bring the breakfast offerings back. Only 1 elevator available, but it wasn't a huge issue.

The flood inside the entry door number four and once I entered the building I could hardly breathe from the smell of cigarettes and mold scent

The gentleman checking us in was rude. Very off putting. There were water puddles from the roof leaking everywhere. Elevators were not working. Stairs were no where to be found. There were a lot of things I didn’t like about this hotel.

Two elevators not working. Resturaunt closed so no breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotels not clean at all. Water not working at the hotel.

no breakfast like advertised, only 1 out of 4 elevators working but had no air conditioning in elevator, washed blood stain on blanket, absolutely no lighting in the outside seating area, only two tables in the outside sitting area, 0 ashtray n smoke area

I love the hot tub and pool… however.. only 2/7 days was the hot tub actually hot. The pool is usually warm but it was cold this time.

There are never any towels in the pool area. This is a large hotel and only 1/3 elevators work. The room was smaller than usual. It also wasn’t cleaned well. The coffee maker was broken. We requested a trash can that we never got.

They claim to have a restaurant and lounge, they dont. The price i paid for the room along with the 100 deposit that went up 50 dollars out of nowhere isn't worth the stay. Dingy. Outdated rooms, rude staff. In dire need of an update. I won't be back.

The fact that it was available during a crisis and had rooms available

The hotel has a train nearby that runs all hours of the night like every 45 minutes. The bed felt like it was a concrete pad covered with a mattress pad. It was totally uncomfortable. Toilet would not flush. Pool was freezing cold & hot tub- inaccessible.

Price and location

Bit more rundown than I expected, esp the hallways. The TV did not include streaming options nor even a guide about the programs, only the channels

It was in a great location

Staff the front desk staff couldn’t ask any questions. The roles and the hotel itself did not look like the photos. It looked like a dumping hole. They didn’t have hotel employee nothing like no soda pops potato chip choices with Vade. They were short staffed.

Staff at front desk was rude and impatient. They never have more than 1 person at the desk so wait times to check in are terrible. They waited 24hrs to charge me for my stay. I will never stay here again. It’s cheap and the service is poor.
