Friendly and informative desk staff. Told us about free streetcar ride to take us to the port for our cruise. She even offered to assist bringing our luggage down when power went out and rendered the elevator useless.

The Hotel is really nice and comfortable. Love the Roosters too. Lol
Parking isn't free. You pay to park at your own hotel. Kinda crazy because you have already paid for your room and you get penalized for having your car parked there. The cook is amazingly slow. We sat and waited for our breakfast for about 30- 45 minutes. People had eaten and left by the time we got ours. And for something as simple as French toast and bacon???
