The staff was friendly, the location is convenient and the hotel offers good amenities.
The property is showing age and could use updating. Also the reservation staff needs to respond better to reservation issues when a third party site is used.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Hot shower great water pressure. Quiet. Restaurant and bar inside the hotel.
Booked this hotel for my daughter's 26th because it had a pool, hot tub and bar/restaurant. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to the amount of people in the hotel. It was maxed out for children's football event. Wish we were notified by the hotel of such an event that was occurring. We would have reconsidered our stay. The pool was full of children and the hot tub was green and foamy. The restaurant and bar was supposed to be open until midnight but they were closed by 11:30. Disappointed.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. It is far enough from downtown that the traffic wasn't bad. I would definitely stay there again!

The location was nice.
I had reservations from Monday through Friday. After checking in on Monday I quickly realized I needed to cancel the rest of my stay due to work issues. I got not help from the staff but instead went through booking.com. The hotel never responded to our request to cancel the remain night despite multiple attempts. The wifi was unusably slow. The hotel is dated and marginally clean.

Room was NOT clean. Stains all over the carpet. Realized the bedding was stained after sleeping on it.

People. Restaurant for dinner was handy & good food. Pool a plus. Definitely would highly recommend others, great hotel...
All the teams some created a lot of noise, very crowded breakfast area. Appreciate being put on top floor helped a lot to sleep/rest. Difficult to find a closer parking spot.

location is good
We have stayed at this hotel several times before. It is a convenient location and as an added bonus had a bar/restaurant on-site. On this visit we were told that there was new ownership. They no longer had a liquor license, so no drinks at the bar. Breakfast was not included for the price of the stay. The paid for breakfast was sub-par for the cost. Staff was not very helpful.
