The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect.
The parking was VERY expensive so we needed to park at the Pavillions (a short walk).

The pool was amazing and the room was very clean. Great location being a street over from the Main Street! I would recommend to anyone staying in Denver.

Staff is attentive and approachable. They clean the room almost everyday and the bed is really comfortable
The payment system may need some improvement we had trouble paying. My friend got charge doubled because of the payment system they have which has a bit weird system. But they are nice to give us a free breakfast for the trouble.

The location is absolutely perfect for what was needed, comfortable rooms and beds, love that there is a pool
Lack of a hot tub, lack of a way to connect our own streaming to TV and basically only 15 channels of cable. Terrible WiFi, misleading about the valet, insane prices for breakfast

Location and size of room. The lady that checked with me about room service was so sweet.
Garage parking changed to valet and $55 per day?!? Ridiculous. Everytime I stayed it was convenient garage parking for guests at a reasonable rate and one of the reasons I booked. Front desk was overwhelmed and rude when asked questions. Food options at restaurant were poor and not worth the price. Music at pool was way too loud and the people working the desk at the pool were rude too. Ice machines were not available on my floor despite signage

The location was great.
This is not a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is just regular. The room is small and out dated.
