Room wasn't clean, the exhaust fan was broken, the hot water was an issue, the noise from the traffic, there toilet wall needed cleaning as it looked liked it had been urinated on.

Good layout and facilities + undercover car parking.

No signed parking - occasionally had someone else park in front of our room

Loved the location, cleanliness, facilities. Staff were so kind and helpful. Reception and cleaning staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with. Very happy and will return for future stays!

Great room with good sized bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of power points and swivel TV monitor. And to top it off, a wonderful Thai restaurant! Excellent chef!

Our stay was very pleasant, and the room was lovely. However, parking was fairly tight, especially as I drive a Nissan Patrol Wagon, so getting around the pole was quite an experience.

Trying to park was a bit difficult, but I got there in the end.I wasn't to happy about my bed. I found it a bit hard, and it could have used a mattress topper. The pillows were a bit too firm and thick on both beds, and you didn't have any extra pillows in the cupboard of different grades.

Clean tidy and quiet

Great hotel situated in Roma, looked and smelt clean. Ample parking. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Recommend staying.

Stay there no way not for me

I checked in at 2.30 pm and checked out at 4.30 pm ,total stay 2 hours ,paid $208 for room in my opinion worth maybe $130 ,not the room I expected smelly room which seemed to have a drip sound coming from ceiling was told probably a bird on the roof ,was moved to another room ,still not worth the high price so I went elsewhere,first time I have ever done that in any motel and I’ve stayed in heaps ,it was room 18 then moved to room 16 then I moved to better motel ,very expensive nights stay for me but I just could not stay there ,I didn’t ask for refund ,perhaps I should have

Room and facilities very good.

Maybe some plates and bowls in the room?There is a microwave, eating utensils and the usual cups glasses and tea towels.

Room was untidy and not clean. Outside door had a gap along side and bottom where insects and other things might have entered the room. The door also had been damaged quite badly by what looks by water / flood damage. Pool was filthy and had not been cleaned out for some time. Restaurant which was advised at time of booking was closed as chef had gone on holiday.

The customer service by the lady at Reception was warm and welcoming, and she was very kind.Great value for money for a nice modern, clean, and comfortable motel room.Rooms are bright and have adequate lighting, with enough space to move around with ease. This is my second time staying here, so I picked this based on my enjoyable experience last time. Would definitely stay here for future visits to Roma.

Location was great as were family rooms

The closeness of smoking to the family rooms - the smell came right through the rooms

Great bed to sleep in, the pool was amazing and the early check in was a bonus.

There was a big stain on the carpet and a few cracks. But everything else was great

Good sized room with comfortable beds. Excellent aircon that worked very well. Big screen TV with extensive range of channels. Responsive and helpful staff. Fast Internet connection. Clean. Good sized bathroom with a big shower.

Little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for. Had to move rooms as the TV in the initial room was not working - this was organised quickly by the staff on duty. Ate at the restaurant at the property - weird collection of dishes offered that was on the pricy side.
