Nice clean room with modern furniture, large TV, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Perfect location to suit my needs & close to many restaurants and shops.
My room was next to the hotel laundry. Apparently, they wash their linens in the middle of the night. The washing machine became off balance and made a very loud noise and vibrated the wall and bed.... not a pleasant way to wake up.

The room was nicely furnished and clean. I had a wonderful view of Pikes Peak!
It was not clear on the website that they do not offer a shuttle service on the weekend. That is the main reason I chose this hotel because I needed the shuttle on .Sunday morning. Instead I had to pay for an Uber. An added expense- I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and gotten an Uber. I was counting on their shuttle service.

Great location, traveled for a bday weekend.
The water pressure in the shower was horrible. And water temp was not very hot, at all.

Location was clean, room was comfortable and staff were super friendly and attentive!!! We definitely recommend to others were visiting Colorado Spring. This location is close to anywhere you want to visit!!!

Very clean & loved the walk in shower. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Front desk staff very knowledgeable about local attractions

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed reclining on the chaise lounge (?) in the evening.
Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but one of the desk attendants got kind of snippy with us about discarding our recyclables. (The hotel does not recycle. )

usual location when visiting this city; easy to find
toilet seat was loose and a bit low to sit on, also did not flush properly. We had to hold the handle down. The room was not ready upon checkin and had to wait until rooms were inspected.
