The hotel was in a good area. The janitorial staff was extremely friendly.

So many things that was wrong with this resort. I would not call it a resort. The front staff was not friendly. The pool that we tried to go to was ice cold when we asked if they were warm ones anywhere else the front desk tried to argue it was because our bodies were not used to it. Funny how when we went to the water park it was warm. I had an ice cold shower. Started off hot then got cold in the middle of it. Our bathroom tub had a crack in the bottom. Asked for a conjoined room for my daughter. My daughters room was on the second story and mine was on the first floor. When asked they said they are close. Don't not spend your money on this place. You can have great service at lowered priced hotels. The pictures do not do actual stay justice.

We enjoyed the room size and the beds were comfortable. Great towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Historical vibe.

I disliked that we stayed there while going under renovations. They need more customer service rides, as the River Waterpark and the Spa are far to walk. I also didn't like that there weren't more restaurants available in the area. We had to drive out. Food at the Hole in the Wall Restaurant was pricey and the drinks at the bar were as well. River Park water was hot.

Good size room and resort fee seemed worth it with access to mini golf and the water park. Bed was comfortable and A/C in the room ice cold.

The water in the lazy river was pretty warm, could be dropped a few degrees. Rooms are starting to show their age. Would have been nice to know beforehand there was construction going on in the resort.

The pools and lazy river are great, our waitress at the lazy river was awesome, the food was also pretty good. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. A microwave would have been nice to have in the rooms, couldn't warm up our leftover meals, or my grand baby's bottles.

Over the past five years, I have been a loyal patron of Hilton Hotels, having attended numerous dance conventions hosted at their facilities. My recent travel itinerary includes stops in Denver, Washington, Virginia, Atlanta, Phoenix, Arizona, and soon Houston.Throughout my experiences, I have consistently observed exceptional service, with the hotel consistently prioritizing the needs of its guests. Most of the hotels I have visited have included complimentary breakfast and happy hour.Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Hotel Arizona. While I have several notable observations about this particular establishment:**Price:** The hotel’s pricing was excessive. Given its age, many rooms exhibited visible signs of wear and tear.**Breakfast:** Despite being booked with breakfast included, we received a non-refundable $80 voucher prepaid. Consequently, we had to depart two days earlier than the restaurant’s opening hours to avoid missing breakfast, but the charge was still incurred. Additionally, we were charged for breakfast twice in a single day, resulting in an overpayment of more than $90. This oversight was not rectified upon arrival, which is a significant inconvenience.**Front Desk Staff:** The front desk staff exhibited rudeness and lack of helpfulness. They provided misleading information, which created confusion. In contrast, the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms and security were exceptionally friendly and informative.**Cleanliness and Location:** The hotel was clean, and Arizona is a beautiful state. The hotel’s location was also convenient. However, these positive aspects do not outweigh the numerous reasons why I would not recommend this hotel.I am uncertain whether this review will be read or if it will influence the hotel’s decision-making process. Nevertheless, I believe it may provide valuable insights for potential guests.Sincerely,Manuel

My kids really enjoyed the on site water park and all of the resort pools. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

On site dining options weren't great and maintenance of common areas could be better.

The location was good.

We had to switch rooms because the bedding was dirty. The rooms were very dated and not very clean.

The location is very nice. And the resort is a Nice size. The pools are fantastic. The room is basic and not worth that money. Also the Furniture and files on the floor and the carpet is all old. And doesnot fit Hilton hotels. The breakfast is fantastic and the stuff is great from the hotel and from the breakfast. The hotel is overpriced but I booked it for the Pools. My kids loved it.

PriceOld furniture ,carpet, tiles in roomThe room itself isnot worth the amount of money you spend per night
