Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak

Was verbally assaulted by a cursing pool employee in front of my 4 year old. Plumbing was broken in our room, bathtub wouldn’t drain, toilet wouldn’t flush. Room felt like a nasty old motel.

This should not be called a Hilton at best a motel 6. It needs to be gutted and renovst d it looks desert d wires exposed everywhere dirty old carpet in the room no one answers the phones and the pools are dirty and gross. The elevator did not work.

The room s were nasty including the old carpet in the room and it smelled. The lack of cleanliness and was never given new towels nor the room cleaned any of he days. The pool was dirty. Parts of the hotel there we re exposed wires the elevator did not

Staff at the bar and restaurant were very rude and gave my my food cold and a hr after ordering.

It was located close to the Mayo clinic where I was having surgery.

The rooms were extremely outdated. The carpet was so stained and dirty that I could not even walk on it without shoes. There was something like old cheese under the desk area when we arrived. The couch, chair, and bed were very old and uncomfortable.
