The hotel is located very close to the city downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. The availability of a fitness centre is appreciated.
As it is an international hotel, an international breakfast should should be provided.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The location was great to walk to restaurants.

Nice lobby. Close to everything downtown. Room was clean.
Dead bugs on ceiling in shower. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. What’s with the 70’s style wallpaper in the bathroom?

Great location with clean comfortable rooms. The included breakfast is actually a restaurant where you can order off the menu. Best breakfast I have ever had at a restaurant. There is a chef and they try to use locally sourced food. Lobby is beautifully done with seating areas and a fireplace. There is even a Starbucks on site.
The only complaint is that the QR code to scan for the restaurant didn't work and when I tried to ring them it was busy. No big deal, I just went down to eat.
