The location is fantastic and easy to walk around downtown. The area felt relatively safe to walk around as a solo traveler at night. The views from the room were fantastic. And the beds were very plush and comfortable.
The room definitely had some wear and tear. Some cracks and such. I didn’t love that the duvet didn’t have a cover on it and rather just a sheet laying on top, not the most hygienic way to make a bed

Excellent location, walking distance to downtown, convention center, Pike Market. Many parking garages available nearby, street parking available in front of the hotel (time limited during the day). Room was spacious and comfortable, superbly clean. Breakfast offered at Ambassador's Lounge was excellent!
Overcrowded elevators during the peak check out hours.

Location was great. Room and beds comfortable
Staff couldn’t find our reservation-they were very disorganized at check in and the process too way too long. Also the smoke detector in our room was very annoying. Flashing a very bright light all night long-location of the detector needs to move

Good location, comfy room, & great amenities. Also tried the restaurant in the hotel & was satisfied. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Seattle area.
