Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino - All Inclusive Reviews Rating
Good
Review summary
The hotel is praised for its great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff, making it a favorable choice for guests looking for a relaxing stay. However, cleanliness appears to be inconsistent, with some reviews noting issues with dust and grime in certain rooms, while others report very clean accommodations. Although guests appreciate the array of amenities and the ease of check-in, concerns about high resort fees and a lack of certain facilities like a pool are notable drawbacks.

Great room on short notice, clean, comfortable bed, and the hotel was well staffed. Had a great dinner and breakfast as well. Nice off-strip feel with a live band in the bar. A great old school Vegas vibe.

Good location for my needs.
I found out on day 3 of my stay that I needed to request that my room be cleaned (there was no mention of this at check-in). Once I made the request the room was cleaned but I expected that service to be automatic. The resort fees were also an issue for me. These are charged on arrival at the property, in addition to the amount shown when booking on booking.com, thus increasing the expected costs by approx $50 per night. Hard to understand how a property can charge full resort fees when one of the main amenities of the fee - the pool - is closed as it is currently out of season.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view was beautiful. It was also very clean.
The lighting in my room was not optimal. There were some missing bulbs and some lights that didn't work at all. The heat didn't seem to work either.

Hotel is spacious, as a lot of amenities, restaurants, and the sportsbet area is a big plus
Some parts a little bit dated, and the pool is closed from oct-may

First time here and I would definitely come back! I liked that you get $75 credit per night (depending on your booking) which we used for food and drink at the bar. Although it expired at midnight so make sure to use it by then. I brought my dog with me and while it was a little pricey to include her, I like that they offer that ($175 with tax and $150 deposit in case of damages). This hotel would have been better if it had a dog park area outside of the property. I had to take her outside to go potty on the rocks which I didn’t love. Also there were cactuses on the landscape so be careful. There’s cigarettes butts all over the rocks as well because it’s Vegas so use caution when walking your dog since nicotine is toxic for them. The hotel could use some renovations to the rooms. One of the elevators was down so there was only three available on my tower which resulted in a long wait trying to go down especially with my dogs stroller. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! I would definitely come back. This is the hotel that Elvis used to perform at. The rooms are affordable and the credit is an added bonus so the room basically pays for itself. Staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean! My boyfriend and brother were playing roulette and actually won! Definitely recommend!! ?????
They should have an area for dogs to use the restroom. A dog park outside the property would’ve been helpful!

The beds were comfy. The view was fantastic. Dining was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great time at the International bar and enjoyed the band.
I expected more from my room. I was there for business. There was a desk but no outlet to plug in anything. The bed board pleather was worn and pealing. The water pressure was weak so it took forever to wash my hair. Larry the cockroach hung in the corner. Not really bothering anyone until he made his move. Unfortunately my husband ended his demise. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear it running all night long. No coffe pot was to be found. I have stayed at this place before and had a much better room through booking.com.last year.
