Great location. Shuttle service is always great. Bathroom is starting to show wear. But I stay every time I fly out of Houston hobby. Parking has gone up to $12 from $8, so when I'm gone for an extended time I have someone drop me off.

I like the location of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft and lovely.
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for breakfast. Mostly all the other hotels that surround DoubleTree are with free breakfast and that makes a big difference.

Breakfast was outstanding but very expensive. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Convienient location to Hobby airport.Shuttle service to airport but does not operate at all hours.
Nice swimming pool but too many young childern playing it it for older folks to enjoy. Hot mess!Price paid for the room I felt was a bit too high for what was provided.Breakfast should be included for the high price of the room.

convenient location, clean and modern looking.
Coffee machine did not work, dripped about 1 oz per cup. Shower would not switch from faucet to shower mode. No time to get fixed, had a flight to catch. Lady at front desk offered free breakfast as compensation but did not have time. Poor service.
