- The first floor where I stayed was dingy and not appealing. My room had spills on the furniture, blood spatter on the ceiling, a dirty vent, no ice maker in the freezer (the hotel doesn’t have ice machines), and poor customer service
- There were no USB or USBC ports in the room. That was inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was great.
