the hotel is beautiful, staff was extremely nice, elevators spot on!
sheets should have been way nicer, it was too crowded and not enough door people for crowed control

We attended a concert at Benaroya Hall and it was an easy walk from the hotel. As was the walk the next morning to Pike Place Market. The ambiance in the hotel lobby was fabulous. Rooms were very comfortable.

Fantastic location in downtown, close to the Market and the waterfront. Gorgeous lobby, bar, and restaurant. Excellent staff in the bar and restaurant. Very quiet room.
The room itself was quite small (no good spot for an open suitcase on the luggage rack, etc.) The bathroom wasn't entirely clean and the towels could really use an upgrade.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Dining is available from room service to fine dining. The location was close to light rail, monorail, and Pike Market. There are restaurants and bars in walking distance.
The lobby bar while beautiful is extremely busy on weekends. Charges kept appearing on our credit card. We had to go ask the front desk to clear up the charges. We had prepaid but they still charged us. It was easily addressed.
