Very clean room. Staff was amazing and super helpful. The included free shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles of hotel was great. Includes shopping, dining areas, movie theater, and the airport.

Very clean, room has been recently updated. Nice hotel
The shuttle to airport was not handicap friendly, you have to climb into a van with a very narrow plastic step stool, very dangerous

A truly phenomenal hotel. Reserving it via booking.com was incredibly easy, checking in was incredibly easy, the room/bed was clean and comfortable, the shower/bath were excellent, the towels were soft, the tv had lots of channels, oh boy, this is what every hotel should strive to be like.I didn’t even take advantage of some of the extras, like in-room coffee and free breakfast, but it all looked good.Finally, the free airport shuttle was a real life saver.
In comparison to everything I liked about this hotel, my dislike was minor: the shower door would occasionally slide open by itself while I was using it. No big deal, I just closed it again!

Room was very clean. We could hear the people next to our room but nothing too extreme.The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The ladies tending the breakfast area were rude. We got to have breakfast 15 minutes prior to breakfast closing and you could tell they didn’t like it. My kid went to grab a banana and the lady immediately put the fruit basket away.
