Pros +
- limited menu and expensive. Breakfast not available. Nice place to eat across the road but very busy. Fantastic view but a lot of stairs to top floor.
- Location is great and the most of rooms are facing the beautiful bay.
- Location, view. lots of choices for food within walking distance.
Cons -
- Too many stairs if your elderly to top floor. Staff helped with baggage as I have a disability .
- Bed is not stable, I was just lying in bed watching TV, and the bed kept sliding out from the wall. It’s so frustrating having to push it back over and over again.Recorded my car’s rego but there is no parking when I returned after 7PM, have to parking somewhere else but not close to the hotel.
- bathroom a little dated.

Very nice! Easy check in, beautiful views, pet friendly on the ground floor so I was able to bring my dog. Easy 2 min walk to the beach. Smart TV too. Enjoyed very much?
The shower water pressure was abit slow but everything else was great!
The view
It is promoted as a hotel..it is more a motel.walking up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases was not pleasant. The place needs some tender loving care.
We had a good view from our room.
There was no where to get a meal on the property and not much on offer in the town. Very outdated but comfortable
The room had a beautiful view, was clean, comfortable and had been updated nicely. The staff were very friendly and check in was so, so easy. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was fantastic. It's a shame that the front of the hotel is a large car park as it makes the entrance and front of the hotel look a lot lower quality than the hotel is! That does not affect the stay at all though. 10/10
I was happy with everything on our stay.
Right on the bay, great view across to Freycinet. Quiet. Easy walking distance to good restaurant. Free guest laundry. Pleasant staff. Very well priced.
Decor is out of the 70’s with brick walls and dark timber.
The location was excellent and staff friendly and helpful.
No restaurant or breakfast facility.
People at the reception were really nice
the bed was horrible the mattress was worn out and should be replacedequipment is very old: in the bathroom you even have a cold air going on while turning the light on it's freezing !Price paid was way too expensive for this kind of hotel
The view and location were good
No air conditioning in the room made it not very comfortable as it was quite warm while we were there. No meals or drinks were available either during our stay.
Great location overlooking the sea, and easy walk into town.
We had to take our bags up 3 flights of stairs. A little dated but was clean
views
room smelt, average floor coverings/overpriced for what it was
The beachfront, ground floor room was great and we were delighted to see it hadn't been renovated, keeping it's original, nostalgic features.
Having the restaurant and bar facilities made for an easy stay. Once the car was parked on arrival it didn't move again until we left
Nothing It is what it is. A great stopover facility with all the essentials in place
Loved the place. Close to town and easy to find and access.
Disappointed the bar and restaurant weren’t operating but understandable.
Location great
Very outdated and nothing like what was on the website when we booked
Loved the jacuzzi tub. Very clean, huge room, lovely view of the ocean with a nice balcony.
No breakfast but like everything. Staff friendly & helpful
Nothing at all
Good location. Close to cafes and IGA. Clean, quiet. Nice beach walk.
Water glasses in the room were very tiny.
