Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows Area

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was friendly snd helpful. There was hot water on demand on the 4th floor room in sink and shower- no waiting for the hot water to come through the pipes.

This was above expectations. The room was extremely clean, the staff could not have been friendlier and informative. It was so convenient and easy to get in and out of I didn't feel I had to navigate a maze to get in and out of the parking lot.

I had to pay for breakfast, dinner and everything else including the damn WiFi. Can you imagine paying for a WiFi at a hotel you pay for in this day and age. That is the most ridiculous thing I?ve ever seen period.

Do not clean the room each day. Paid same if they would at another hotel. Could not adjust thermostat and was HOT

The Braakfast used to have made to order breakfast. You can order a omelette for $16, nothing else. It has a buffet for $17, all the food was cold. Great service. The microwaved my eggs bacon and potatoes. They had no water in the pans to keep hot.

The staff were super friendly and the location was very peaceful despite being close to the highway.

My shower wouldn't get hot without some tweaking.

The morning staff helped tremendously when we needed a car boost.

I didn't like the frontdesk staff. He was stuffy, unfriendly, uncommunicative, and a bit rude. The entire first floor smells like gas. They said its from the dryer. Science says prolonged gas in the air is bad for people. It gives you cancer. Not cool

Common area are in need of maintenance, smell of must when you walk in the door. Back enterance was filthy. Side enterance sidewakl was in really bad shape, I fell on one of many huge cracks in the the sidwalk. Banged up my knees & elbows.

I was in a handicap room which is fine but the bathtub has a curve to it and would make me nervous if a handicap person got into it. I almost slipped so I can imagine if somebody didn?t have a steady gait.

The room is larger than average. Decor is nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bed linens were thin.

Clean rooms and quit rooms

Yes, at check in we were told there was no pool or hot tub. when booking it said there was both also, they said there was no bar like it said in line and then to top it all off there was a breakfast buffet for 18 dollars that had no food.

Pot smokers outside by our door! Loud groups in main lobby at midnight a couple of nights.

The piss stained mattresses and the soiled linen! They did not change the linen they flipped it over on the pissy mattress. I bought my own stuff to clean the soiled mattress
