The easy back parking and the staff was very decent. The room was clean as well.

To much slamming doors ? when it should be quiet time in the early hours of the morning

It was close to my work place, as well the highway. Accessible parking, close to room.

I was told the batteries were dead in the key card reader and it caused my keycard not to work during my stay, it was very hot and crowded in the little office to check-in at.

The location is decent, I didn’t mind staying there it’s not far from downtown and it’s near a few restaurants.

It’s a little noisy sometimes but that’s not the hotel fault that’s just people not having respect for the neighbors

Price compared to larger extended stay chains.You pay a whole lot more money at big hotel chains and hospitality and cleanliness are not that great.At Studio and Suites 4 less,Housekeeping daily and consistent with deep cleans twice weekly.No long wait for Maintenance.Ample parking. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Felt more relaxed in this hotel.Very good location to maneuver around city.

No onsite laundry, but several laundrymats close by

Hello,I was shocked at the treatment my husband and I received from the front desk receptionist. He was very rude to us and turned us away from our stay because my husband asked for his name. Which is Brody btw. He immediately acted like a 16 year old because I am guessing he was afraid of us having his information. We never got the chance to experience what a stay at this location would be like because he immediately turned away our services. I would not recommend this location based on our experience with this person and the upkeep of the location. Shame on you Brody. I am pregnant and just needed a place to rest before traveling back home after being on my feet for hours.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude to us when we were just trying to understand why we had to pay for a one nights stay again after I already put my card information on the booking.com platform prior to us arriving. This entire situation could have been handled a lot more maturely. I am appalled and I will be contacting corporate to elevate this alarming situation so that other guests do not have to deal with an encounter like this one ever again. Wow.

Great location and the exterior looks wonderful! Staff is friendly and courteous.

The room we were given was dirty (cigarette butt left on bed frame) smelled like smoke, sink and dresser/table tops were dirty. Bed was difficult to sleep on felt like they were cartons. One tiny pillow and one regular pillow. TV looked like it was damaged.
