Embassy Suites By Hilton Greensboro-Airport

I loved everything about this hotel such a wonderful experience and beautiful on the inside. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Everything was exceptional

Ease of access, easy check in /out

No blankets or towels in the room, had the surprise of paying to park $10 a day, much of the time, I could not even find a parking place , took forever for it to get warm and the food from the restaurant downstairs was terrible. Not good service at all.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The best breakfast I’ve ever had a hotel. The day shift staff was all very nice and friendly.

Paying for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking. The excessive hold for incidentals which also wasn’t mentioned during the booking process (and they still haven’t released). The nighttime staff were either asleep or useless at all times. They seemed annoyed to be woken up and couldn’t be bothered to answer simple questions.

Almost everything. Staff, comfortability, value, beauty, services offered (restaurant, bar, complimentary services, pool etc). We didn't want to leave

The hours for breakfast during the week. I thought breakfast stopped at 10 just to show up and it stopped at 9.

Each staff member was amazing any time something was needed, no matter how small! Of course, breakfast was amazing as well! The water was hot…almost too hot. Multiple sinks (3) in the rooms and of course the 2 room suite was nice with more than enough room for myself and my guest. The location was nice and remote off the interstate which was convenient! The fitness room was updated and boasted a Peloton bike!

The property is outdated and in need of general upkeep, especially when compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve frequented. The decor and furnishings were old and consisted of golden colored wallpaper, burgundy couches, green carpeting that bubbled in places, upholstered chairs in the room. In addition to the old furnishings, the carpet and 1 of the 3-4 chairs was stained, the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower bubbled and was cracking & the desk lamp had a short in it. I had to wrap the cord around the lamp’s fixture to solidify the lamp’s position in order to charge my phone. At an Embassy Suites, these things are not expected, but by the exterior, I could tell the decor was going to be outdated.

That it was in a good area. That the breakfast was very good. The rooms were roomy and clean.

That the entrances from the main and secondary roads are TERRIBLY DARK and not well lit at all. That the water in the room was scalding hot. It was dangerously hot. I notified staff and they did not address it. That there was no security in the main lobby and lounge areas to control rowdy kids who were running all over and noisy and who did not address our concerns when we called the front desk to report overly noisy people above us.

I didn't like the fighting that occurred by other guests and having to leave in the middle of the night feeling unsafe for myself and my family

Great location, easy in and out, friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
