Close to downtown and Key Arena. Friendly and helpful staff. They offered valet parking at nearby hotel since guest parking was full. Even though the place was old and wasnâ≢t fancy, it was still clean.
Door to bathroom didnâ≢t close. Beds werenâ≢t exactly comfortable. Hallways upstairs had old building smell.

The location is great. Your close to many attractions and the block itself has great restaurants and great movie theater.
The rooms lack basic noise controls. I heard every conversation from all sides of the room and heard the front door being slammed shut ever other 2 minutes after 7am. Couldn't sleep at all. I would recommend this place if you are traveling alone.

This is an old hotel and it doesn't have elevators. If you have a lot of luggage it's a bit of a hassle.

The location is amazing and so convenient. Very quaint and comfortable. Grocery store, fabulous restaurants and bus connections all within the block. Had a wonderful stay.

The location is hands down as good as it gets. The Seattle Center is across the street, with the Space Needle a 5 minute walk. If you head down Harrison, you'll see a bridge that leads out to the coast with beautiful views.
The hotel is definitely dated, but I wouldn't even say that I did not like that. Others may not, but I knew that going in and it made the experience enjoyable. The carpeting could be replaced, but I really didn't mind.

Loved having a kitchenette -- even a little kitchen table -- in the room. My room was big, even had a bonus bed tucked in a little nook in the room. Location is good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It's an old place, so don't expect a modern hotel (but I found this place pretty charming). No elevators. My bathtub and air conditioner looked ancient.
