Excellent location. Looks a lot better from the inside. The rooms are clean and renovated. I think it needs some renovation from the outside to match the inside.

Just a little renovation to the outside

This place was great for our purpose and well priced for its location. We stayed here as it was very close to the NRG for the rodeo, so location wise it was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and gave great advice. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The beds were very comfortable. It is next to a very busy traffic area so take that into account when booking, I used ear plugs which worked a treat. Blackout curtains worked very well too. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave, ironing board etc were supplied in the rooms. Free car parking with plenty of spaces.

The location was excellent for my needs, ie near the cancer center. I didnt rent a car, but everything I needed was within walking distance. Their shuttle to the hospital was excellant

Very friendly personnel. Rooms very clean smelled clean. Have stayed here one a month for several months and not yet been unsatisfied. Would highly recommend.

Location, clean bed linens, no roaches, hot water in shower, fridge and microwave in room, table in room

Carpet is damp, floor is uneven (feels like walking on a pebbly parking lot!), feet BLACK after walking on carpet, there is some sort of SMELL, parking is TERRIBLE, access in the parking lot is TERRIBLE.

Staff was really nice! Overall the stay was nice and great location!
