Shower was awful! Handle kept coming off, controls were confusing, water kept going over step in shower. here was a physical double door between bedroom and living room, but door could not be closed because bed was placed too close to door

It was clean.

Outdated tvs. Needed 3 remotes to use the TV. Both optimum remotes had buttons that didn't work so I had to use both remotes to operate one tv box. Large bag of trash was in hallway. Not sound proof. No tissue box in side tissue holder.

Loved the festive atmosphere! Made me feel like it was Christmas and New Years! Loved the outside and inside sitting area. The lounge was excellent ¿¿! The food was above what was expected. Loved the coffee bar and having the option to have espresso!

Some of the staff, front desk was not so welcoming. The grounds men and house keepers were so friendly accommodating and informative! Loved everyone in the kitchen and wait staff! Our room seemed to have not had a deep clean in years. Our bed was hard.

Right on the main road - a little difficult to exit. We stayed for 6 nights, wish there was some variety for dinner options.

Poor drainage in shower.

the hotel is listed as pet friendly. They did not obviously mention any additional charges up front. when i checked in there was a $150 charge for the dog. the room itself was only $---. not reasonable and the staff was hostile about it

The room size.

The front desk staff and please clean the shower in the room before your guess check in. Hair all over the shower area. If you have two consecutive days booking you shouldn't have to get your room key reactivated on the second day at the front desk.

I like the location. The staff was very nice and helpful during our stay. The fact that a hot breakfast and di dinner is served it just makes it that much nicer to stay there.

Luxury hotel with the best breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool. My husband and I have paid more and got a lot less. The web site is very representive of the room we stayed in.

Very clean, very cool hotel. The room was wonderful! Roomy with all amenities!

The only thing was minor. We were leaving for a long trip and wanted to fill our coolers with ice. But there are no ice machines! Just FYI had to go down to a gas station nearby for ice.

Great amenities like free hot breakfast, free dinner buffet, and fresh coffee 24/7. Room was very comfortable and also had good amenities.

Location was on a busy highway and parking was tight. There was nothing memorable about the surrounding property, but it was nice enough.
