- Shower was awful! Handle kept coming off, controls were confusing, water kept going over step in shower. here was a physical double door between bedroom and living room, but door could not be closed because bed was placed too close to door

- Outdated tvs. Needed 3 remotes to use the TV. Both optimum remotes had buttons that didn't work so I had to use both remotes to operate one tv box. Large bag of trash was in hallway. Not sound proof. No tissue box in side tissue holder.
