- Shower was awful! Handle kept coming off, controls were confusing, water kept going over step in shower. here was a physical double door between bedroom and living room, but door could not be closed because bed was placed too close to door

- Some of the staff, front desk was not so welcoming. The grounds men and house keepers were so friendly accommodating and informative! Loved everyone in the kitchen and wait staff! Our room seemed to have not had a deep clean in years. Our bed was hard.

Loved the festive atmosphere! Made me feel like it was Christmas and New Years! Loved the outside and inside sitting area. The lounge was excellent ¿¿! The food was above what was expected. Loved the coffee bar and having the option to have espresso!
Some of the staff, front desk was not so welcoming. The grounds men and house keepers were so friendly accommodating and informative! Loved everyone in the kitchen and wait staff! Our room seemed to have not had a deep clean in years. Our bed was hard.
