- Staff had a customized drink menu he created. I had a Smelly Cat (Friends theme) it was delicious. The chefs were from Louisiana and we could taste the Love in the dishes we consumed.

- The ladies room on the main floor was really dirty. The rest of the hotel was well taken care of.
- The lobby smelled like a gas leak. The elevator was always a super long wait and parking onsite was an additional cost.
- Had some elevator trouble. They could use an update. Same for bathrooms.
