Bathroom was dirty price was to high for location

Parking to expensive

Stay was fantastic. Booked the 1br Suite and will definitely return. Left my watch in the room before checking out in the morning and staff contacted me to let me know they had it.

Only complaint is the inconvenience of the parking garage. Parking igets cramped. It’s also $59 which is typical for the area, but there is nearby on street parking which I may try next time I visit.

The location was prime to drive or catch an uber to see the monument and the yards

needs vents in the bathrooms and the price for parking is hefty- especially if you are "oversized"

I thought the hotel was very fancy and well placed - right now there is a lot of construction which took away from the location but once complete it will be ideal.

No pool. That was the saddest part of the entire stay. All those meeting rooms and no pool. I also felt at one point I had to call 2 and 3 times to get a cleaning person to assess my room - which they stated they cleaned every other day.

The customer service was horrible. The room had urine on the base of the tub. All they did was make the bed, trash was still in the can when we stepped inside. I mean the room was horrible.

Originally booked room was "not available", the 5th Floor of the South hotel was horrendous, and the heater was noisy.

The room was musty, the ceiling had three large repair areas that were discolored and looked moldy! Explains the smell- The AC/Heater rumbled all night loud and hard to get to sleep! The drapes didn?t close fully so the room was bright in the morning!

Some of the staff was rude and there was a roach in my room.

Sink & bathtub were not properly cleaned, curtain was frayed/damaged, and no USB ports at the desk/table.

The staff at check in was probably the only decent thing, and even they had a very monotone vibe.

I booked the presidential suite. This title may have been true back in 1975. Very outdated. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. It had an old closet smell and there was no soap. Even after calling the front desk, we had to go get it.

I wrote a message to corporate due to some issues with cleanliness that I tried to have address while I was present such as being given multiple unclean quilts, the tub having a standing puddle in it, which if you took a shower the dirty would just sit.

Great customer service/front desk. Hotel employee was amazing and very accommodating when checking in.

The rooms were dated, ceiling had visible evidence of previous water leak, bathroom was really small and no EV car charging in garage or property.

Staff was very rude, even the receptionist is careless and talks rudely for any small request to have a cart or so.

Great location, easy access to, groceries, bars restaurant the pentagon city mall and mass transportation and airport. Airport shuttle readily available

$40 dollar per night parking charge. No bellman or luggage cart upon arrival.

Close to everything we wanted to see, and restaurants we wanted to try. Great staff!

Bathroom vent was caked with so much dust, I¿m sure it hadn¿t been cleaned in years.
