It's conveniently located

There was a couple schools of a la cross players, and they were just letting the kids run through the halls and scream.Kids were knocking on my door kids were playing on the elevator they were running through the bar screaming.

The room was very spacious

The room ac did not get very cold. The vending machine over charged me for a water bottle. The price was $2.75 and my card got charged $7.70

This is a wonderful location in Seattle! Rooms are immaculate, staff polite, and you can have a warm chocolate chip cookie after checking in! I-5, South Center mall, and dining are very close.

This is always a little on the higher side price wise, and rooms/furniture is somewhat dated, but definitely comfortable.

The staff act ignorant when asking questions. The hot tub was 80 degrease and very dirty. The pool was extremely dirty.

Location and amenities

It's overpriced and the buffet was overpriced and the food was stale

The pillows were plush and the beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space for multiple travelers in our party, the couch pulled out into a bed, and there was a pocket door to separate the sitting room and bedroom. Fresh cookies!

We founded something on the sheets of the pullout bed which made us wonder how clean it was.

Rooms were clean and nice.

My kids love to swim, so I always have to book a 4- or 5-star hotel with a nice pool whenever I visit them. I?ve stayed at this hotel several times and liked it for its location and service, but this time the pool was substandard and filthy.

They gave us breakfast for free. It was my husband?s birthday and we had two days of travel ahead of us. It was kind of the reception/administrative staff:)

The location for us. We are commercial fishermen stocking up on tools and connecting with fabricators.

Was told I couldn't check in because my bank wasn't "a major corporation" even though it was a Visa and they already took money from my account.

The entire hotel, inside and out, stunk off cigarettes and weed. The rooms smelled damp, likely because the windows seals are broken and they?re soaking wet. There were dishes outside our room from the last guest that were still there when we left.

It has a pool for your kids to swim, jacuzzi, sauna, workout place. Also has star bucks and a restaurant/bar area

Accessible to everywhere I needed be and very accommodating

Expensive parking and $150 incidental hold per night yikes

It was close to our kids, the mall n food places. Like having the sink in a different area than the tub n toilet. Loved the extra living room.

I was not impressed that they wanted to charge $2.50 for the bottled water That was left in our room. The hot tub was nice but slippery n a touch on the burning side. Not happy we had to pay parking of $16 plus tax

AC werent really working, we got our room switched but the AC was even worse. And we asked for slippers, we didnt get it. We asked for towels and we had to get them from the front desk ourselves. The mattress of the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Location close to airport

Overpriced. Room was very dated, dirty, smelled bad and beds extremely uncomfortable. Charged for water we didn¿t drink and overcharged for parking a second car we did not have. Will not stay again.

The rooms were great. The pool area was wonderful. Location is fantastic.

The hot tub jets didnt work the last night we were there. No laundry facility for guests. Complementary breakfast would have been nice.

Very clean, nice staff, and good location.

No free wifi! In addition, I was going to purchase a candy bar for a snack¿$5.25 for a small Hershey bar. A little pricey!

Really liked that the rooms are suites with separate bedroom and lounge areas. It is at a great location if wanting to go downtown, but also has lots of dining nearby if you want tonstay close.

There was no microwave for use.
