The grounds were beautiful and the location is great. Comfortable beds and large rooms.
Rooms are extremely dated.

The room was spacious and very beige :) We enjoyed the pools, they were gorgeous and very quiet. The parking was easy and convenient.
The resort was outdated and is isn't easy to see in the pictures , which seems a little misleading

The room was enormous, with plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Bed was comfortable, water pressure amazing, and the pools were fine. The staff was notably helpful and polite. The location in Scottsdale was convenient (although a long walk from the center of Scottsdale, if that is importantly to you). Value for money was excellent.
The entire lobby is undergoing renovation, with the attendant dust and disruption. The guest rooms, while clean, are tired. It’s an old feeling resort.

The hotel was spacious for our family of 4 (16 and 19 year old children).Good facilities in the hotel with bar, restaurant, Starbucks and shop.We arrived late, greeted with cookies and water. Was able to get food from the bar restaurant which was great.Pool was lovely.Shuttle bus which would drop you off / collect within 2 miles of the hotel up to 10pm was great.

Location of the hotel is great, the staff was a pleasure, and the layout of the grounds was nice. The food and service in the restaurant was good.
The grounds need attention. Our room had stained carpet and broken glass on the patio. The pool has missing tiles on the surround and the sauna/ steam room were out of order. The cactus garden is dead.

I love the location and the area because it close by a lot of restaurants/bar and also I visited the mall and it is very nice. The shuttle service is phenomenal, the drivers are very friendly.
It was a little too pricey. I had to almost $1900 for only 4 days and also plus I have to buy food for lunch and dinner so I end up spending a lot of money.

Good facility and amenities. Some things starting to show age or maintenance requirements (shower head when turned off still had a slow flow rather than drip)

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was over crowded. Lots of people saved sunbeds with towels for large portions of the day and never showed up to use them. It would be be beneficial if there was a pool attendant to remove towels on beds that had not been used. The room was spacious and clean but the carpet was heavily stained in several places which made the room feel a little unclean. Our room overlooked the sports court and kids would be playing on the court early in the morning which was noisy.
