Great location and good room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lobby and common areas were clean. Room was very nice and comfortable

No microwave in room “One in the lobby.” Mini fridge in room is very small compared to most hotel refrigerators.

Lots of space and well equipped comfortable rooms

Beds super comfy, room and bathroom clean and I updated. Location perfect, walking distance to everything. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant.

I had booked and paid for king rooms but upon arrival we were told there were none available. A little disappointing but the front desk clerk had an attitude about it. Not that it would have made up for it but it would have been nice if she would have offered a free coffee or something.

I generally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Before arriving and again at check-in, I politely requested a room with a city view. Unfortunately, the first room I was given faced a building wall, suggesting my requests have been overlooked. I also found a smartphone left behind in the room and promptly returned it to the lobby. A male receptionist - whose name I regret not remembering - worked some magic and gave me a room with a great view, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you!

Perfect location to the Quarter and the Warehouse District. Quiet and spacious rooms. We plan to stay here again.

The location was great. The rooms comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping, restaurant, concierge staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

One out of three at the front desk was very pleasant. There were two that mumbled, never looked up or greeted you when you approached the desk. I booked and paid for three king sized rooms. They had none. We all had rooms with queen beds. It was ok but no compensation (breakfast or coffee). It was kind of you get what you get.

The location is great. It is on Canal Street, directly across the street from Cesar's casino. Bourbon is a quick 7- 10 min walk.

The hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades. The pool didn't have any water in it, but maybe they are preparing for the new summer season. They charge 3.00 for a bottle of water.
