My neighbors were using fentanyl in the room next to ours the Entire first floor smelled like drugs also The fact that it caught fire and burned to the ground

Bed was comfortable

Maid service. Didn’t bring towels.

The staff was grouchy. Our room was not ready at 4:00 in afternoon. We were told the cleaning staff had gone home.

Very nice people. The lobby was beautiful.

The room was rundown & definitely not worth $---! The bathroom was pitiful. I wouldn't shower there. The sink smelled horrible.

Stained carpet, moldy shower curtain, rust, broken electrical outlets, hairdryer that fell off the wall, vomit left in the sink, wood and paint chipping and pealing, abandoned broken-into cars in the parking lot. Taking my dogs for a walk was risky!

Once staff was finally available they were friendly and the check-in process was quick.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk or even in the lobby to greet us. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to finally appear. Out room was not vacuumed, bathroom was dirty. Burn marks on the phone and the toilet seat was destroyed.

Bed bugs. My granddaughter had bites from her head to her toes. She is 4 yrs old. This is unacceptable

There lack of concern for others. Is appalling. They had the same room we rented.. rented out again that same night. We got more concern from the cleaners than the people who checked us in.

The front clerk, Hotel employee was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I stayed for 8 days and had to ask for my room to be cleaned and serviced everyday

The first room she gave me smelled like urine, and someone had slept in the bed. The second room she gave me did not have a lecture she the third room she gave me did not have electricity then finally the fourth room ?

It was horrifying and the girl at the front desk tried to hustle me out of money, saying if I tipped her she would leave the Jacuzzi open and then in the morning when I went to the Jacuzzi, it was freezing. Anyway the worst hotel I've ever had

It was absolutely filthy! Black mold in the bathroom, dirt everywhere, smoke alarm guts hanging out.

Mold filfy room pit bull walking around lobby checked out early ate the loss on room found another place worst experience ever they need to be taken off your list

We had two different rooms in two days. First one was great, second one was average. Staff we?re very nice

The room was very dirty, lots of long hair in the shower, dog toy on the floor, toilet seat almost falling off and the glass on the large picture looked like someone punched it with their hand. The glass was missing in the center of the frame.

this hotel is horrid. it stinks in the rooms. it is run down and clearly not maintained. i could not believe that red lion lets this hotel use its name and logo. a complete dump.

everything was terrible except the front desk woman named Hotel employee she was great.

Shower was dirty, shower curtain was filled with mold and the shower head wasn?t working properly. Pillow cases were old and didn?t look clean

No usb chargers and breakfast was poor quality, no proper plates, waiting more than 20 min for food, you really need to improve it

It was easy to find and close to a dutch brothers and a starbucks

Everything.1st room smelled of wet dog and mold. Second room had big leak two nights.1st night maintence told me there was no problem when they came in 6hrs after reporting it. Started the 2nd night at 8 pm went all night. Front desk person was horrific
