- Nothing. Absolutely was not what was advertised. The whole place is under construction and a mess.
Cons -
- Room very dirty. We have stayed at this location several times before with no issues. With the major remodel going on, it appeared that general upkeep of rooms lacked greatly.
- The room was not even clean and there was no way we could stay the night. We turned around immediately and left. It’s absolutely dreadful that there’s no way to get a refund when the property wasn’t even up to standard hygienically.
- Everything. Not what was advertised. Was told hot tub was operational and it was not when we arrived and when I asked for assistance I was looked at like I didn’t deserve their attention. I have attached picture, they made it seem like the hot tub was on and working but it was ice cold water. False advertising.
